Ladies’ Solo Latin Conditioning Class

Ladies, let’s get your dance-bodies into shape on the fast track with this one-hour intensive latin class for all levels of dance and experience.
We will learn latin dance steps, styling, and technique specific to the ladies, and put it together into an open solo routine that can be applied to partner dancing as well.
Style of dance and routine will rotate every 4-5 weeks.
Class is a full 60 minutes and includes Latin & Ballet dancer warm-up and stretching cool down. Expect a workout. Increase your strength, flexibility, grace, posture and confidence! Modifications provided for beginner to advanced.

New Year’s Eve in Paris

Thursday, December 31st. 5:00pm – 8:00pm.

Bring your best blinged-out masks and formal attire to ring in the New Year with Dynamic Ballroom – Parisian-style!
Due to the curfew mandate we are moving the time up to toast the new year at 6:00pm with the French!
Includes solo group class at 5:00pm, champagne toast at Midnight Central European Time 😉, and “social dance” until 8:00pm featuring music by DJ Maria St. John.
Only partners from the same household may dance together, and singles will be led in solo line dance-style choreography. Masks and social-distancing will be required throughout the evening.
Cost is $25/person and limited to 20 people, so purchase your tickets early to reserve your space! Zoom live-streaming will also be available for $15/person.

Dynamic Divas Latin Dance Show!

The Dynamic Ballroom Ladies Latin Formation is proud to present our Salsa/Samba Medley in a special event, open to the public!
Currently postponed – stay tuned!

Divas perform at 7:30pm, followed by a solo dance group class for all attendees and short practice session with music!
Cost is just $5/person to attend.
