Barre Class at Dynamic Ballroom is the perfect addition to your routine to increase strength and flexibility to sculpt a lean body and protect from injury!
⭐️ Warm up and stretch to increase flexibility and prepare the body
⭐️ Body-weight conditioning to burn calories and increase heart rate
⭐️ Build long, lean muscle with hang-weight exercises for arms, back, legs, glutes, abs & more
⭐️ Sculpt, strengthen and condition with unique movements using bands and sliders
