Saturday Intensive with Christine

 Class begins with a fusion of yoga and dance stretches to elongate your body and loosen tension for more flexibility, and work to strengthen the muscles supporting your joints to improve posture and technique.  Then we will work on a different dance every week, focusing on technique and useful drills to improve the quality of your dancing!
For men and women.
Geared towards Intermediate and Advanced dancers. However, all levels are welcome to attend.
